Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Ajiun. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
All original packaging, tags, and boxes must be included.Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Once you notify us of your return, items must be sent back within 14 days.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
· Earrings and body jewellery
· Custom-made or personalised pieces
· Engraved jewellery
· Items made specifically to order
These items can only be returned if they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage costs where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Standard delivery charges will be refunded where applicable
- Please note that express or upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.
We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

International Orders
International returns are accepted under the same conditions. Please note:
Return shipping and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer
